For the last three weeks I have been at my wits end. I have dismantled my home,

cleaned

and disinfected EVERYTHING! It has been overwhelming. I am a single mom with

four kids

and run my own business. This has taken a toll on my life and on my sleep. I

have spent

countless hours researching and reading medical sites, mite forums, blogs and

discussion

groups. I spent roughly a thousand dollars on chemicals, cleaning supplies,

garbage bags,

menthol crystals, peroxide, bleach, borax, ammonia, baby oil, MSM Sublimed

Sulfur, a 25

lb bag of sulfur, 500 dollars just on cedarcide, tea lights, Windex..you name it

I tried it. If

someone would have recommended cyanide I probably would have tried it. I felt

under

siege. It was slowly ruining my life. I have bathed in bleach, peroxide, Epsom

salt...(I even

drank the Epsom salt). I have put sulfur in my shampoo, bought sulfur soap,

purchased

Arbonne body wash and sunscreen, bathed in sulfur, cried and felt so very

desperate that

millions of invisible creatures were stalking me. I felt my house was haunted. I

haven't

slept more than two hours a night, and eating less and worse than I normally do.

I have

felt that I was a Leper and that I was going to have to live the rest of my life

defending

myself from these demons. I even contacted a Parasitologist. That itself took

almost an

entire day to locate one in my hometown.

This all started after a month battle with lice. I am almost 40 with four girls

and have

never had to deal with lice. Getting rid of the lice took almost a month, in

which I

dismantled and bagged and sprayed my house. Three days after the lice were gone

I

started feeling biting like pin pricks - especially at night and while on my

computer. I

immediately thought I had caught something from the dog we just got rid of -

maybe he

was hosting these demons.

My legs had the sores on them. I immediately thought it was body lice or bed

bugs. I had

an exterminator come to my house. I began reading about body lice and bed bugs,

but

didn't see any sign of body lice. Then I started seeing salt like crystals on my

clothing and

on my skin. During this process I rear ended someone because I was so obsessed

with the

white specks on my hand. In my black bra were the little white things, and my

bra itched

like it had cracker crumbs in it. So I began my " Mitemare " . The place it has

affected me

most is my lower legs. I seem to have these white fibers on my legs. I have

scrubbed my

body raw. They just wouldn't go away. None of the chemicals or cleaning methods

were

working.

About two weeks into my nightmare I saw a post about cutting out sugar, but I

was still

not eating very well. I was willing to try anything. So I did - it helped a

little. Then I saw

another post about a thing called Candida. It is a type of yeast/fungi of the

body. It it

caused from bad eating habits, too much refined sugar and carbs. It affects the

skin and

whole body. In a desperate attempt I stopped all carbs and started the sulfur

cream on my

body.

My life is a thousand miles an hour. Cheerleading, Dance, Gymnastics, Theatre,

School,

Homework and Running my own business. For the last four years I basically

stopped

cooking and ate nothing but fast food, and packaged goods. I rarely drink enough

water

and drink coffee like crazy.

Once I stopped all bad food it has almost stopped. I only feel slight tingling,

and only

occasional pin pricks. Tonight will be the first night back in my bed with my

pillows. I am

so excited. I am typing on my computer and don't feel anything. Please I know

this is not

the answer for everyone, but please save yourself lots of agony and start with

two things -

Sulfur cream (which kills fungi) and a Yeast free diet.

If I can save anyone from spending and going through the hell that I went

through then I

will be glad to do it. In the last three weeks I have contemplated suicide more

times - than

the previous forty years.

God Bless.
