Guest guest
Frito! Thank you so much for taking time out of your day to post a reply. Truth be known, I was hoping you would as I value your opinion and expertise as I do many others on this list! You guys are simply AWESOME!!! Ok... 1. Colonix OR 2. Happy Tummy 3. CandaGone 4. Parasite Cleanse Should I do the cleanses in that order so that the Parasite cleanse is more effective when it comes time to do it? ly, when you posted the link to that article the other day, I FREAKED after I read it. 'Cause those little " lint balls " were exactly what I saw when we were at the end of this. Including the red and blue fibers. There weren't that many of them, but it only takes ONE from what I read. At the time when I found them on me, I truly thought it was the mites dying off... But now I know that's not the case. I don't think they're gone... maybe externally....and IF they're not, then I need to make sure that they are GONE for good! You are such a blessing to us all Frito! Thanks & Many Many Hugs! TrlyBlest P.S. I know it's been a long rough road for you and you've been in my prayers constantly. I am so glad to know that you are doing much better! > > In December, when I was VERY ill, a friend of mine and a patient of a morg's physician gave me some advice. I can only pass on what he told me. The very first thing in the way of cleansing is to do an intestinal cleanse and a yeast cleanse. There are combo products, but I chose to do seperate ones. I was told then and have since confirmed that info, if you cannot clean out the colon and the yeast in your intestines, nothing you put in will be absorbed properly do perform it's intended function. Simply because it cannot perfuse through all the junk we have acquired through the years and out to our body where it should take effect. (I also feel this may have a profound influence on the med's we may ingest) To do any cleanse, it takes time to whittle away all those years of junk. I have found only two intestinal cleanses worth their weight. Unfortunately, they are expensive, but they work wonderfully. I wish had had just gone ahead and > invested in it, in the end it would have been less expensive and the results, I got signifigant results within a relatively short time as compared to the others I had been doing for months. That being said, Colonix and Happy Tummy. In that order. I actually do both. I had candida in the intestine. Believe me, I had it and I saw it. The most powerful thing I have ever done is 8 oz. of water, 2 table spoons of salt, and probably about a fouth of a cup of lemon concentrate. I accidently jerked and dumped a whole bunch in. The reaction of my stomach was immediate. I was very nauseous, ill for about 4 hours. I laid down. When I woke up, I went to the restroom and it wasn't pleasant, so I'll spare you TMI. The results were spores and hyphae in the toilet......yeee-uk. After that incident, my headache and nausea passed. I have since been doing a candida cleanse called CandaGone and recently have stopped. It took me seven months to > get where I am now. I think I'm good in the yeast department. > After seeing results from the intestinal and yeast cleanse, I started a parasite cleanse. I have not stopped with that yet. Z had incredible results with one. It is also pricey, but the things I hear about it are all good. I have tried others and am currently on Dr. Hildy's protocol. I am also improving. Mel, I think from the sounds of it has a recipe for Liver and gallstone cleanse in which I am eventually going to do after what I am doing now. For other liver and kidney detox issues, exposures to all the pesticides and med's, teas are a wonderful way to detox. You can also find these in broad category teas or single teas combined. My protocol combines single teas, plus I have my own, and a couple of combo ones as well.. > Ingredients you want to look for: This depends on what is really going on with you. Its easy to give a broad explanation but in doing so some things, just don't work for all. What has worked for you in the past? Give me a short while and I will cut and paste some more info on ingredients. > Cleansing is not a quick fix, but the investment in yourself will help you in this battle and help keep those whom have beat this crap farther away from having to deal with it again. I have made a lifetime commitment to interval cleansing. I don't ever want to be in the dark place I was at in December. Guest guest
Hi Trlyblest, Frito, I haven't been chiming in on the cleanse thing because my thinking has changed. Trlyblest, in case you didn't hear my cleanse saga from last fall, I participated in a group cleanse workshop that I had planned on doing it before I got the bird mites. I got the bird mites last July and did the cleanse in September -- the cleanse lasted almost 4 weeks. I can email the cleanse protocol to you or anyone else who's interested. During the cleanse, my bugs almost disappeared, but I thought they had just gone away by themselves, because I was vacuuming and doing laundry all the time. When I stopped the cleanse and resumed eating sugar and whatnot, my mite problem came back with a vengeance. I then went back to healthy clean eating, and I got better, but could not get back to normal. I'm almost feeling normal now, but I'm pretty sure it's because of the lyme diet and supplements that I'm on now, and it's not exactly a healthy diet. I eat a lot of bacon and hamburger and stuff like that. During the past several weeks I've been reading books about parasites, and have read that we co-evolved with parasites, and some strong and healthy people and animals have parasites that we might find disgusting, like intestinal worms. Bacteria and viruses are types of parasites too. We have several pounds of bacteria in our guts that we need in order to digest our food; they're called intestinal flora, or " friendly " bacteria. One of the books I read, " Parasite Rex " , which was written by a science writer who seems to be in love with parasites, said that some of our modern diseases are caused by a lack of parasites in the body. For instance Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis are diseases of worm-free people. Also, farm animals are starting to get previously unknown bowel diseases due to overuse of anti-worm medicines such as Ivermectin. So, I'm mulling over the possibility that being too clean might make us weaker. I know we all like the idea of having nice squeaky clean bug free bodies, but that might not be what nature intended. The balance of nature may require that we let the bugs live in and on our bodies (without driving us nuts I might add). I'm not saying that I want worms, but I'm trying to figure out how to live with mites. They don't seem to bother everyone. But back to your original questions, if you have an imbalance in your system and think your health will improve with a cleanse, I encourage you to try cleansing, but be aware that this may not solve the mite problem. myrtle > > > > In December, when I was VERY ill, a friend of mine and a patient of > a morg's physician gave me some advice.
