Oh my gosh, Rita, this is so gross but I think you're right. I will definitely keep you informed when I get my soap. I can't wait.

Ian.......there is something called Seabuckthorn oil and I'm beginning to think that this oil is what pushed the things out of our lives here. As I look back it was about the time I started using the oil that the black specks went way. Seems to really makes sense now. Since we all may have something different on the skin this oil maybe worth a try since it has even saved horses. Seems to be very good at getting the parasites off the skin. Comes in oil to be applied to the skin, gel capsules to take by mouth and soap to wash with. Hope it helps. Rita

Tea tree oil

Hi everyone. Still battling the mites but I've begun to use tea treeoil (mixed with skin lotion) on most of my body. This seems to bringmy skin peace, as long as it's kept on. On the harder places(buttocks, face for me) I use undiluted tea tree oil. It stinks tohigh heaven but I really feel my skin is beginning to recover. I'm using heavy windex and alcohol to keep my car clean, and using aseparate pair of shoes for all environments. My basement seems likethe hardest part, it's huge and has my washer/dryer down there, alongwith the dirty infected clothing (bagged). I'm pretty sure they runout of the washer as soon as I start up it. I'm using borax on thefloor and spraying Clorox but it's a big job. I'm going to move ASAP. Unfortunately my parents (in their 70s, with a large house) wereinfected when i visited them on Fathers' day not knowing i had mites. They are pretty overwhelmed by all of

this, and have even taken tosleeping outside to get some peace. They say there are tiny blackdots everywhere -- I haven't seen any in my apartment. Are there anymedical professional cleaning services that they could hire? This is a hard road. i don't go anywhere without my 91% alcohol asthat seems to be the best cleanser i've found. Has anyone else hassuccess with Tea tree oil? I've seen a number of reports on the netthat state it's as useful as the traditional medical treatments.May you all find peace.Ian

Yes....both I and my husband never saw anything that looked like a mite. We saw what appeared to be fiber balls and oblong "things". We never saw anything move but we sure felt things moving in and on our skin. One site said this demodex mite could have 25 to one hair follicle. If this is what we had I don't see how we ever got as far as we have without medical help. I can't believe that doctors are sending people home with this type of thing possibly in their skin............as the saying goes "a doctor who lacks doubt is not a doctor he is an executioner." Re: pic. mite moving thro. skin

That was so creepy - but the way it moves is exactly how I slowly feel something moving inside of me. I can't even imagine something like that inside of us. Rita, you mentioned the cigar shape - have you actually seen something like this come out of your body???? Blanca
