/menthol crystals? savemyskin?

I had read the Shanspirations and the menthol

crystals. did you try them? They dry out the mites?

I have purchased a pound of crystals, but have not used them yet.

I plan to this weekend. I wish I could find somewhere that tells

you how much to use and how much you need to treat a house.

I think the idea behind the menthol is it messes up how the mites

take in oxygen. Many of the effective products people have used

on this site have menthol in them or one of the other kind of mints.

Example: Gold Bond has menthol as does the vicks vaporub. The

popular enzyme cleaner has peppermint and people also use a peppermint

and water mixture on themselves to keep the mites off.

I use the menthol pellets with a defuser it does dry them out, I put

about 4-5 in defuser and I even put a couple in the hot bath, I

recommend only 2! Unless you want your private parts to burn off! Haha

They also sell essential oils. But they can get price I rather spend 20$
