Guest guest
This is very effective as a nasal wash: http://www.alkalolcompany.com/ Have used it with sinus infections for years. An ear, nose & throat doctor irrigated my sinuses & recommended it for home use. Made since 1896 (read - tried & true), the ingredients listed are: Purified water (USP); Menthol; Eucalyptol; Thymol; Camphor; Benzoin; Oils of Wintergreen, Spearmint, Pine, and Cinnamon; Potassium Alum; Potassium Chlorate; Sodium Bicarbonate; Sodium Chloride; Alcohol (2/100 of 1%); Caramel Color. There's a plastic applicator used with it that's much easier than a neti pot, that you'll find at the link above by clicking " The Alkalol Store " box & looking through the products. At the bottom of that page is the " Where to Buy " , which includes CVS, Walmart, etc. Most pharmacies carry both products, but you may have to ask the pharmacist since sometimes it's not on the display shelves. Hope this helps! Best wishes, Sue
