'add photos' does not appear as an option on my screen

I followed the directions in help but when I click Photos there is

nothing on the page to allow me to click and select photos to upload.

Does anyone else run into this? Am I missing something simple, other

than the fact that I haven't got that link? Thanks, and sorry for

beating a dead horse...
