There are a few things we have learned about this situation: Wash clothing in Borax, Arm and Hammer washing soda, Arm and Hammer organics, use vinegar (apple cider) for cleaning windows and in your environment. Take baths with 1 cup of epsom salts, 1/4 Cup of Borax, 1/2 cup of Baking soda. You can add Tea Tree Oil and Peppermint to the bath 10 drops of each. I am sending a spray out to spray on Bedding. and on your skin when you go outside to keep you from getting more biting. If you take a look at my site there is a PH Diet, it is necessary to Ph your body, many people seem to get better when their bodies are more in an alkaline state. You can buy a Ph buffer at the health food store, if it is hard for you to maintain a diet then you can use the Ph buffer as ordered. Stay away from Bleach, Ammonia and other harsh chemicals. If you go to www.jcrowsmarketplace.com you can buy Lugols solution take 2 drops with a shot of apple cider vinegar twice a day. Guest guest
Pamela She always sends a copy of the diet with her products. I loosely follow the ph diet basically I eat Lots of fruits and vegetables (not potatoes) lots of yogurt, cottage cheese, chicken. limit grains, meat (red in particular), dairy (except those mentioned) and starchy veges. basically its not a diet where you are not allowed to eat these foods, its just a diet where you should eat them in a ratio of 80/20. If you dont want to follow the diet, or you cant, you can just buy a buffer ph instead. You can also take baking soda mixed in water to help ph your system. z > > > > > > > > > > > > > > I am considering the ESP Botanicals Program, since I am > at > > a > > > > > > healing plateau > > > > > > > with not much more coming out of my skin. > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > I am most concerned about these tiny red spots on my > > chest, > > > > > > stomach, and > > > > > > > torso. Guest guest
Pam; that EV coconut (oil) is a must have, for skin and hair, the asian ladies use it all the time for shiny hair, besides it's anti-fungal benefits and in our case the mites. Mix it with the EV Olive oil too sometimes. I love the young coconut fresh as well, great nourishment and enriched with just about everything beneficial. I love to dribble TTO into my hair for a quick fix of getting rid of any on the attack mites on my scalp or hair. Just smells too much in public, I am with patients and some of the hospital settings I am going to have so many smells already embedded, that I feel I may just blend in, well in some cases, I still proceed with caution I love my selsun blue medicated shampoo, it really works and tingles nicely, leave it on my head wrapped in plastic for some challenging nights when particularly mite plagued.. Best wishes for a soon to be mite free very happy existence ! Guest guest
Hi, Pamela! The info on diet is here: http://www.espbotanicals.com/news_ph_correct_diet_.html Couldn't find it on her homepage, either. Trisha seems to be working on her webpages - you can always search " diet " , which is how I located it. Someone said they used the esp routine twice a day & I've only been using it once. So I checked the instructions that came with the New Hope set. They didn't mention how often a day to use them. But I did notice the alternate instructions: " For Ulcerations and Persons who have crawling, itching and Biting sensations. We have some recommended feedback from sufferers. Apply soap and water to skin and let dry on skin for 24 hours, like a masque, bathe in 1 cup of Epsom salts with added 1/4 cup borax and 1/4 cup Arm and Hammer Baking soda then shower off and apply the soap again for 24 hours, do this for 2-3 days, then apply balm or Serum for 2 days. Then repeat Steps above. " So I tried that tack, substituting my Instant Ocean baths for the Epsom salt, borax & baking soda bath, then soaping up in the shower afterwards. Normally I let it dry the 5 minutes, rinsed it off & put on the body balm. This time I didn't rinse the soap & skipped the balm entirely accordingly. Too chilly letting the soap dry so I could dress - used the hairdryer trick. And - got to watch as an assortment detached from my skin into the soap residue! Maybe a dozen mites, and not from red spots, either. Makes me think they have to be in place a bit before they cause the spot effect... But the shocker was watching one of the " baby fuzz " fine hairs that I've been seeing in the bath scum actually detach from between my fingers - exactly like a staple. It raised out of the skin with 2 ends coming up & a horizontal between them. When fully out, it relaxed into a baby hair. What the heck is that?? More like it came out as curlicues - single hairs with a loop in the middle. A number of gold and some white pearls emerged. Half a dozen tiny white worms...and one tiny gnat fly came to the surface, too. Caught all the interlopers thus revealed & must say I am actually gratified. Knew the debris in the bath had to be coming from me. To see their individual exits from my skin was ultimately validating. (Still have no real clue to the individual identities of this motley crew. " Wire worm " came to mind for the hair-like imposter. Turned up Haemonchus on a search & will pursue as time allows. Hoping it's organic & not manmade - looks like a hair - what a disguise, who'd suspect? Been offline for a few days while our cable was out...) On my third day of trying this approach, letting the soap dry & leaving on till the next day's bath. Minimal crawl on my face & neck, instantly relieved by a little more soap on the spot. The New Hope soap is the least expensive of the esp botanicals line at only $7 a pop: http://www.espbotanicals.com/main_line_new_hope.html So now we know another way to prove to an unbeliever that you've got something invading your skin - soap up, let dry & behold the circus! Like you, my scalp & all from the neck up has been the worst for me. So the same evening I began this alternate use of the soap, I tried the Lice routine from her website, also at the link directly above. Used her esp organic shampoo followed by the body balm (took half the jar) to scalp & hair. Left on twice as long as she states & wrapped with saran, since I'm not using any cotton towels at this stage. Washed out & flea combed my hair but couldn't quite get all the balm out. Fine - left the remainder so I have sort of a gel style that lets me comb it through easily. Also covered my head with a Buzz Off kerchief (the cheapest product in that line - $7?) just to prevent any re-attack. No scalp itch for 3 days - a record for me! Consequently, minimal face crawls stopped by more soap suds. This is great! When I ordered the New Hope kit, shampoo & lip balm (for $129) had asked for Rush delivery (overnight). Received a very thoughtful email that they were temporarily out of a couple of the ingredients but would send it along shortly. Took a week to arrive, but the overnite charge was 1/3 less than the website calculated. And they tucked in $110 of extras - serum, spray, shampoo & lip balm. Poor business sense but great people & products! The instructions for the spray are to apply when going outdoors - but you know I'm wearing it indoors. It's pretty stinky but potent. One spray on any area is plenty & shield your eyes if you spray your face. With my scalp now off-limits to predation, my energy level's almost normal again. What a relief in every sense. Been conducting some serious hunt & eliminate manuevers... Know you'll love the esp, Pamela! Best wishes, Sue I am considering the ESP Botanicals Program, since I am at a healing plateau with not much more coming out of my skin. I am most concerned about these tiny red spots on my chest, stomach, and torso. They do not seem to be going away or getting better. In fact, I seem to be getting more of them, even while I experience less of the biting and crawling. They are not itchy or causing lesions, but I know that they were not on my skin before this! Z, Lou, and others using the products, did they make those tiny red spots come off your skin, too, or do you still have them on your bodies? The dead sea salt routine also sounds promising. Although we do not have a hot tub. Sue and and others, is that pulling the red spots out of your skin? Sue, was the tea that you brewed that you used to pour on your eyes ESP Botanicals, or was it something else? Sorry, brain fog is pretty bad today. Many thanks all, P~

Guest guest
Hi Sue, I am so happy for you! Three days is so fantastic! I am so glad that you are on the mend. (Although I have to admit that the phrase “a mite chew toy” was pretty funny, I wouldn’t wish that on anyone!) I got the soaps and teas in the mail today. Thanks for everyone’s suggestions and reports. Sounds like I need that Buzz off kerchief. I got the New Hope kit plus the shampoo, but not the lip balm. How do you like the lip balm? Many thanks for your in-depth email, I have seen the loopy hairs, too! Which soap do you use when you feel crawly on your face? As I write I am wrapped in saran wrap with the body balm on my hair! Guest guest
Pamela I have switched diets, I did do the lyme diet for about 4 months and it was very good I think, BUT I just didnt feel very healthy, for some reason....I think it was all the meat eatting..... So I switched tactics to the ph diet. and I have the same good results....how ever I dont have the 'mites' now, so perhaps you could use a buffer instead if you are worried. A ph buffer is just a supplement in pill form which puts your body in an alkaline state...disease is said to not be able to survive in a body which is alkaline. and Sue, you know I am so happy to have read your email. I have used these products for 9 months now, and when I began using them the instructions did say to put them on twice a day.....which I have been religiously doing, not realizing that this is all still a work in progress and that there is another (cheaper!!!!) way to apply them. So I am so happy you wrote that, as its terrific stuff, but I do go through it really fast....I will be putting more of an emphasis on the soap from now on.... As for those 'hairs' that seem to have a life of their own when they emerge from your skin....I have seen those too....I hope to never see anything like that again..... anyway I am so happy that you have had some good days, and may be onto something great with your new found application method z > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > I am considering the ESP Botanicals Program, since I > am > > at > > > a > > > > > > > healing plateau > > > > > > > > with not much more coming out of my skin. > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > I am most concerned about these tiny red spots on my > > > chest, > > > > > > > stomach, and > > > > > > > > torso. Guest guest
Hi Sue, You have a lot of knowledge on the ESP Botanicals products. I am just wondering if you know wether or not the soap will get rid of those little red pin pricks that Pamala had mentioned. I have been using the bentonite clay and it has helped with the large pimple things that I broke out in last month. The clay even pulled out mites that were in them. But those little red pin prick ones aren't going away. If you or any one else has further knowledge on the subject suggestions are much appriciated. Thanks, Jeannine. From: Sue <sue@...>Subject: Re: ESP Botanicals & Dietbird mites Date: Tuesday, September 23, 2008, 3:15 PM Hi, Pamela! The info on diet is here:http://www.espbotan icals.com/ news_ph_correct_ diet_.htmlCouldn't find it on her homepage, either. Trisha seems to be working on her webpages - you can always search "diet" , which is how I located it.Someone said they used the esp routine twice a day & I've only been using it once. So I checked the instructions that came with the New Hope set. They didn't mention how often a day to use them. But I did notice the alternate instructions:"For Ulcerations and Persons who have crawling, itching and Biting sensations. Then repeat Steps above."So I tried that tack, substituting my Instant Ocean baths for the Epsom salt, borax & baking soda bath, then soaping up in the shower afterwards. Makes me think they have to be in place a bit before they cause the spot effect...But the shocker was watching one of the "baby fuzz" fine hairs that I've been seeing in the bath scum actually detach from between my fingers - exactly like a staple. It raised out of the skin with 2 ends coming up & a horizontal between them. When fully out, it relaxed into a baby hair. What the heck is that??More like it came out as curlicues - single hairs with a loop in the middle. A number of gold and some white pearls emerged. Half a dozen tiny white worms...and one tiny gnat fly came to the surface, too.Caught all the interlopers thus revealed & must say I am actually gratified. Knew the debris in the bath had to be coming from me. To see their individual exits from my skin was ultimately validating.(Still have no real clue to the individual identities of this motley crew. "Wire worm" came to mind for the hair-like imposter. Turned upHaemonchus on a search & will pursue as time allows. Hoping it's organic & not manmade - looks like a hair - what a disguise, who'd suspect? Been offline for a few days while our cable was out...)On my third day of trying this approach, letting the soap dry & leaving on till the next day's bath. Minimal crawl on my face & neck, instantly relieved by a little more soap on the spot. The New Hope soap is the least expensive of the esp botanicals line at only $7 a pop:http://www.espbotan icals.com/ main_line_ new_hope. htmlSo now we know another way to prove to an unbeliever that you've got something invading your skin - soap up, let dry & behold the circus!Like you, my scalp & all from the neck up has been the worst for me. Been conducting some serious hunt & eliminate manuevers...Know you'll love the esp, Pamela! Best wishes, SueI am considering the ESP Botanicals Program, since I am at a healing plateau with not much more coming out of my skin.I am most concerned about these tiny red spots on my chest, stomach, and torso. They do not seem to be going away or getting better. In fact, I seem to be getting more of them, even while I experience less of the biting and crawling. They are not itchy or causing lesions, but I know that they were not on my skin before this!Z, Lou, and others using the products, did they make those tiny red spots come off your skin, too, or do you still have them on your bodies? The dead sea salt routine also sounds promising. Although we do not have a hot tub.Sue and and others, is that pulling the red spots out of your skin?Sue, was the tea that you brewed that you used to pour on your eyes ESP Botanicals, or was it something else?Sorry, brain fog is pretty bad today. Many thanks all,P~
Guest guest
Hi, Jeannine! Yes, the esp botanicals New Hope soap will heal the little red pinprick spots - more quickly if left on to dry & remain as in the " alternate method " combined with the Epsom salt, borax & baking soda baths or salt baths - but used by itself, too. My experience with these products is limited to the last 3 weeks, unlike the real experts here who've used them for extended periods. Haven't even gotten around to using the Lotion in a Bar that came with the set. Just can't help raving on about them... My favorites are the soap & the Serum. ESP Serum is pricey at $59 for 2 liquid ounces, but goes much further on wet skin than the New Hope Body Balm (one drop does an arm) for the same price & is better on my face & neck, being lighter & more easily absorbed. Can actually feel it penetrating deeply & love the combo scent of the ingredients. Leaves my skin so silky & relieved - such a contrast to the tight textured surface the mite damage causes. The first time applying it to thighs & back rolled off a top layer of something (biofilm?) that turned to crumbs that literally fell away from me. (Good thing I was standing on paper towels discarded afterwards.) Serum is great rubbed on the scalp, too, applied to a single crawl or bite or massaged in all over, without affecting my hair except for a light gloss near the roots. The Body Balm is wonderful, too, but takes much longer for me to apply & leaves a waxy feel I like less than the smooth of the Serum. Since I have them both, I'm alternating them. Soaped up face & neck yesterday in the bath & used one of those magnifying make-up mirrors to watch the soap dry. (So easily amused lately!) With the aid of the mirror, could see lots more stuff emerging that was invisible otherwise. Tore a paper towel into tiny bits & enjoyed dispatching every one wiped off. Then did my arms, then legs - a really long but productive bath - using the magnifying mirror to catch a small army. Entire hordes died in the scum along the bathtub water line. There must be millions of these...must agree the only good one is a gone one. Enjoying the shampoo - unlike any organic I've used. Two pumps does the trick & I don't even need to follow with a conditioner for my thick but fine long hair. And Pamela, love the lip balm! Only need to apply it a couple times a day. Very slight sheen to it, and absolutely no scumming, unlike other beeswax balms I've tried. The New Hope soap is the one I mean to wet & rub on an itch, crawl or bite - only soap I'm using now. How's your scalp doing since the Balm & saran treatment? These products are so unique. No wonder they're patented. Each has an individual purpose that I'm only beginning to understand. Guest guest
Feel the same way sue, great products. Im a male and you know us guys don't like to use lotions and what not. But honestly that esp new hope skin products hydrated my skin I think the best they ever been in my life! The small bar lotion I've had as a little skin eraser, that I pull out when I get a little blemish or bums and take the whole bar a rub it on the affected are and walla days later gone. I been getting compliments of the soft sweet smell too. I've yet to do the full body application and leave over night, going to try tonight and see how it goes. But all in all the esp new hope line seriously is a good deal for anyone. On Thu, 25 Sep 2008 4:32 pm, Sue wrote: > Hi, Jeannine! Guest guest
Hey there Sue,Thanks for the advice on the soap. I am so broke from all of this I could only afford the soap this month so it may be a while before I can get the shampoo or even the serum. Hopefully the soap will be enough to do the trick. I have been using bentonite clay and that gets rid of the pimply things with the bugs in them but I am wondering if the soap will bring more stuff out of my skin. It would also be nice to get rid of the damages completely. Thanks again,Jeannine. From: Sue <sue@...>Subject: Re: ESP Botanicals & Dietbird mites Date: Thursday, September 25, 2008, 4:32 PM Hi, Jeannine! Guest guest
That oil and bar of soap is all you really need jeannine, I wet a loafa and give like a good 4 scrapes with the bar turn of water and scrub my body head to toe and stand waiting in shower for 4^ mins as recommended and I can feel the little bastards poppin off me like popcorn no b.s. Then I wash off walk out shower still naked in sandals to bed room and rub on there oil or serum on body wet. From having to shake my legs and constantly scrape at back legs and thighs and arms, this routine has helped me to keep the bitting down to very minimal were I get bites that are from the young ones I missed but there bites are so minimal its hard for me to even decipher if it was a mite or my own delusions. That's how good this has helped me. Along with the tea tree oil in spray bottle of killer spritz that I just mist over corners and hampers, dehumidifier at 35%, defusser with menthol and my meds and supplements. Guest guest
Adam Your post made me laugh. Because your reaction to these products is just the same as my husbands. He loves them, and is a huge believer in their 'goodness' and healing power, he also loves their natural smell, which is cute and funny at the same time coming from my man. I also know what you mean about applying the bar to the bumps that used to come up, it always flattened them almost immediately and they were gone the next day. z > > > > I am considering the ESP Botanicals Program, since I am at a healing > > plateau with not much more coming out of my skin. > > > > I am most concerned about these tiny red spots on my chest, stomach, > > and torso.
