You can take them all sorts of ways but some may have trouble with the acidity of taking them together. If someone experiences this from the ascorbic acid content, you could add 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. of baking soda to buffer. To keep levels on a more even keel, try to space out equal doses during the day.

I also took pumpkin seeds for 30 days. You can rotate quite a few anti-parasitics as well as mixing some for a more potent kick.

Re: Grapeseed Extract

TrlyI actually take the grapeseed extract throughout the day, when ever I need a drink pretty much....you probably already know that in orange juice you can hardly taste it.About pumpkinseeds, thats something I had forgotten about, my naturopath recommended eatting a lot of them too.Anyway I take my vit c and other things with the GSE, but I'm not 100% sure if thats the best way to take it....frito may know. She's our own little chemist :)z> >> > Trlyblest> > Can you take grape seed extract? your welcome trly

Frito,

thanks for your post, and for the good ideas that you have included

as always. I have been taking baking soda daily as I just dont want

to spend the money on a ph buffer.....I suppose I should get some ph

paper and see if that is enough shouldnt I....do you take a buffer,

are you watching ph as well?

Hi ,

Yes, it's a capsule and you can open it and mix it with drinks or

food. My daughter is 9 and she still can't swallow pills.

Thanks, . Did you notice any changes (for better or worse) when you first

started using it?

I think the biggest changes were less stimming and better focus in

school. I didn't notice any negative side effects from it.
