Ok... I have also been trying to read up on Alkalinizing the body PH

which is something we wish to acheive while de parisitizing ourselves

<OMG! Was that EVEN a word?!!! What have you done to me???

LOL !!! ) ;)...

How do I know which one of these below are Alkaline or Acidic?

I mean... I know that things such as grapefruit seed extract would be

acidifying.. correct? So would things such as Pumpkin Seed extract,

Garlic etc... be alkaline? Or no? Or does the items listed below even

fall into either category enough to worry about it?

Should we just kill the internal cooties and worry about PH later or

does it go hand in hand?

Or do I just need to hush and get on the internet and do my own

research??? LOL ;)

Hugs Dearie!!

And again... Many thanks....

I would never slap someone in the face as to say "do your own research, I don't want to share or help". Never. But I can point you in certain directions to make it easier on you if you want to do additional research....;)

GSE is alkalizing. It is acidic but when introduced into the body, alkalizes the body. Because it is acidic in nature, to apply dermally would produce a burn or injury. Basically anything that is acidic in its natural state will alkalize the body. Not sure about Garlic except that it is an exceptional natural antibiotic. Raw garlic eaten is the most potent form but incredibly offensive. Non-odiferious garlic is a waste of money. The odor in garlic that we perceive is actually the part of garlic in which has the most allicin and is therefor the most effective part of the garlic although garlic has many constituents in which work in harmony. That is true of herbals and is what makes them even more effective than the WM meds because they were actually developed on one main part of the plant. Most of our med's today were developed by studying the most potent components of plants and then

synthesized. Meds then are really only capable of addressing one issue and is why antibiotics are failing us. Bacteria, viruses, parasites, and fungal infections can all easily become resistent to one form, but the many components in herbals make it more difficult for them to become resistent because they have to work against many components. That is not to say that they cannot become resistent, but it does take longer. I have some charts on ph and alkalizing, I will send those through to the forum today for you and some links as well.

I was able to alkalize utilizing ACV capsules and changing my diet. Lots of Veggies of varying colors. I also eat the heck of of pineapple (bromeain) and watermelon (detox). Otherwise not very many other fruits but I do supplement with Goji, Mangosteen, Elderberry, and Bilberry. Of course GMO and pesticide free. Everything but the ACV was part of my immunomodulation protocol.

Pumpkin seed is an antiparasitic. I do know of those in whom utilize baking soda, 1/8- 1/4 tsp. in water every morning everyday in order to alkalize. I tried it and it made me very sleepy so I chose the ACV. It took about two months, and went very quickly when I started eating tons of veggies. Protein is acidifying to the body, so I cut that way down, although your body does need protein in order to synthesize amino acids and chemicals. I eat a lot of egg protein but my cholesterol is incredibly low and a result of the mycoplasma issues. Additionally on top of all the veggies, I also supplement with 20,000 IU of Beta-Carotene and 50mg Lutein - Kale a day. N-A-C is also an antiparasitic and anti-biofilm and will help to break down the protein cell membranes of internal parasites. The list below you included is geared towards parasite, bacteria and fungal issues.

I need to expand that list to and add what each component does for you all. Let me work on those links for you since I think you will want that info quickly......Frito :)

You are so very welcome and thank you for thanking me...;) I did want to clarify with you all that whatever is acidic in nature must not be applied to the skin. It will only alkalize on the inside, not the outside.
