Hi jill (for those ppl new, she's LWC),

I was looking at the pics you uploaded like these:

http://good-times.webshots.com/photo/2129830550103193234IGGahl

Let me give you a bit of background story.

Yesterday, I took a shower and went out... within 45 min, i was

getting incredible crawlies on my arms and face. It never happened

to me this bad. Usually when I take a shower, put on fresh non-

contaminated clothes, and head out, unless I put myself in a

contaminated env (i.e., car, which I didn't ride), I'm usually good

for the whole day.

Then I'm reading that these mites live INSIDE of us and I was

fearful that perhaps my body's a host and these things were coming

out. I kept looking at my arms and the thing I noticed was that

there were these white specks here and there... I have not seen

these before.

When I got home, I looked under my 30x magnifier and they all looked

like long oval white fiber/lint... but there were many of them so I

had wondered whether they were bugs. But then I see your photo

today... what ARE these things? And the way they look, they don't

look like mites at all!

They don't look like mites on the outside, but if you gently " tease "

the cocoon open, you will find a mite inside. Or at least that was

our experience...

Hi, all, I have a file called " FIBER MITES.doc up at my files

group, " critterfiles " --however, I definitely don't think I have this

down by any means, in fact based on what trly said here and other

things I have figured out in the past few days...
