Guest guest
Surprisingly my ASD child never had problems swallowing meds. My older son who developed CFS was the one who always had problems. I am not sure what the reason is, but I am thinking that maybe its either some mild inflammation that makes it hard to swallow or its the brain dysfunction, sensory thing that makes them react by triggering the gag reflex. Whatever the reason was, it resolved after he started treatment with Dr. G. He doesn't have any problems swallowing pills now. Guest guest
Get him to Dr. G. ASAP. The longer you wait the more difficult it is going to be anyway. Call 818-343-1010 and get started. the younger the child is the better the chance for a normal future! KathyR
