Ambrotose & Vaccination

Hi Diane

Regarding your query on Ambrotose, we have our son on a GFCF diet and

have just 2 weeks ago put him onto Ambrotose at the instruction of

the psycologist who is running his bio-feedback programme. She

has " all her autistic kids " on the product as well as A GFCF diet and

swears by it. We were a little unsure about trying the product so

checked with our GP, nathropath and some friends in the health

industry, none of whom thought it would do any harm. The only

adverse thing we could find out about it was that the Company had

been investigated here in Australia because of false cure claims it

had made with some of its products with Chronic Fatigue sufferers.

Incidentially at this stage we have not noticed anything different in

our son.

With regard to the recent posts on vaccination I would just like to

add my little bit. Originally my husband and I were of the opinion

that Autism was totally a genetic problem and due to the fact that we

had both our children diagnosed with the disorder, decided not to

have anymore children. However, after much research and study into

Autism now firmly believe that although there is a genetic component,

vaccines seem to be a major trigger in bringing on the Autism due to

their attack on a damaged/immature immune system, especially the

multiple vaccines such as the MMR. In light of this we decided to

have another child which we would not vaccinate. Our son is now 12

months old and has been immunized homeopathically and he has been on

a CFGF diet since birth. He is currently 12 months old and is

eagerley being watched by our psycologists and pediatricians. So far

so good! We have had many a sleepless night over our decision and

agonized for 12 months before we even decided to go ahead and have

another child. I feel this is a very personal decision for any

parent to make and one that is not done lightly and parents who have

decided to vaccinate should not give us parents who haven't such a

hard time unless they themselves are prepared to guarantee that it is

not the cause and take full responsibility for the consequences,

please stop telling us that we are irresponsible as we are not. For

anyone in this quandry I have a large amount of information on the

subject which I would be happy to forward to anyone who contacts me

privately as I realize this is not the correct list for it to be

placed on or alternativey the AVNegroups site would be happy to

help them.

Please I hope I haven't offended anyone, but we are talking about our

children here a very precious commodity and one should be informed as

much as possible when they are at stake.
