Guest guest
I have had the same experiance too. Got the ESP soap maybe a week and a half ago. I was already getting rid of it in the environment before all this stuff came out of my skin. But regardless of what this stuff is they are leaving in our skin or maybe it is junk we all ready had and it is part of what is drawing them to us, better to get it all out of our systems. With Trisha's products. Who knows, if it is some kind of stuff they were already drawn to getting it out of us may prevent future problems with crawlies. J. If I am not mistaken, it sounds like you got rid of the biting and crawling BEFORE all of the whiskers, pearls and other things were coming out of your skin with the soaps. Is that right? You were able to get your environment under control while the junk was still in your skin? On another note, how long did the junk keep coming out of your skin before it stopped? YES, YES, YES!!!!!!! There is absolutely a reason why these bird and rat mites are displaying such widespread zoonosis. Guest guest
Pamela Yes you are right, I got rid of the mites long before the 'stuff' stopped exiting my pores with the esp. In fact I used her products for 6 months until it slowed, then by about 8 months it was over.... So the protocol of dr. Kolbs which says you cant stop using the esp for 6-12 months was pretty right on in my case.... so do not worry if stuff is still coming out rapidly, as you will most likely be like me and get rid of the mites first, then just like Frito, and Rat Goddess (I like that name its cute) mentioned there is a reason for our attractiveness to this 'thing'...so once the mites are gone, I think there still is a great need to continue working on removing this from our skin, and cleaning ourselves up internally.... Its a lifestyle change I think. By the way who is the poster that was using Trishas environmental spray? I am interested to hear about how thats going.... z

Guest guest
Twas me. I sprayed for the first time the whole house two days ago. It is strong and you only need a light mist or it will leave a film like the bleach and epsom salt combo. The peppermint oil seems to dominate in it, smells a lot better than pesticide and it's very refreshing. I left and let it dry several hours then aired the house out for several more. I can't say anything on how it's going but when I walked in the house to open it up, the ones on my face immediately became active and very unhappy. I couldn't feel any hitting me from the environment but the bath purging I'm doing is also stirring up activity on me so I can't really tell. That's one of the hardest things for me to figure out - where I'm being hit from. It seems a lot stronger than any of the other natural products I've tried. I hope it works! The house still smells great. I am also a believer that we need to get these things out of us alive. The people who eventually kill them in their skin often seem to go on to more skin problems. I'm working on a new protocol of short spice/herb/salt baths and ESP products that seems to be pulling them out of me. I've been trying it 10 days and I THINK I'm much better. I have a draft if anyone wants to look or comment on it. I'd really like to find someone willing to try the bath routine with me to see if it helps them too. Send me an email and I'll attach it back. bob > From: zmooks <zuleikahwalker@...> > Subject: Re: ESP Soaps > bird mites > Date: Thursday, October 23, 2008, 4:37 PM > > > > > > > > > > > > Pamela > > > > Yes you are right, I got rid of the mites long before the 'stuff' > > stopped exiting my pores with the esp. Guest guest
My biggest question is, how do you know what's crawling or biting you is from the environment vs your own skin? What if the environment is under control (hopefully) but you keep thinking that it's not b/c of activity coming from your own self? That's my biggest concern right now... kihun > > Pamela > > Yes you are right, I got rid of the mites long before the 'stuff' > stopped exiting my pores with the esp. Guest guest
Get on it! It's a great product and it will help you. Did Trish include a sample of shampoo? I also really like that, it will wash the balm out of my hair too. You don't use lot, just a one or two pumps. I am bathing in a standard tub/shower combo..about 50/60 gallons. bob > > From: zmooks zuleikahwalker@ > > Subject: Re: ESP Soaps > > To: bird mites > > Date: Thursday, October 23, 2008, 4:37 PM > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > Pamela > > > > > > > > Yes you are right, I got rid of the mites long before the 'stuff' > > > > stopped exiting my pores with the esp. Guest guest
That's the big question that drives me crazy. If I have just showered or bathed, have clean clothes on that I nuked, and soon feel them under my clothing: it's me they are purging from. If I'm sitting somewhere in the house, with long pants and long sleeved shirt on, and I'm getting hit on my hands or anywhere on my head: environment. That's how I test my hot spots around the house to see if my spray and knockdowns are working. If I get into my bed surrounded by a borax island, in clean nuked sheets, and they start shortly: it's me. If I'm having a good day with no crawlies and get into the car and feel anything: I give that one to environment. I generally give under clothing to me because I believe I'm the one they live on and in and pollute my environment from me. bob > > > > Pamela > > > > Yes you are right, I got rid of the mites long before the 'stuff' > > stopped exiting my pores with the esp. I generally give under clothing to me because I believe I'm the one they live on and in and pollute my environment from me.bob> >> > Pamela> > > > Yes you are right, I got rid of the mites long before the 'stuff' > > stopped exiting my pores with the esp. Guest guest
I remember clear as a bell the day I realized that what was going on with me was IN me, primarily. Scared the hell out of me. The environment plays a part, but it is our internal environment that is primarily the issue. Without a doubt, mold of any kind is a serious problem with this. I think the dehumidifiers are effective because mold flourishes in damp/humid environments, and does not grow well in direct ultraviolet light. My advice to you, kihunshin, is to put the primary emphasis on your internal environment, including colon cleanses, avoidance of chemicals, eat as healthy as possible (lots of raw veggies, organic if you can afford it), supplements including multiple vit/minerals, msm, lecithin, milk thistle. Also add Opaline Solutions Dry Oxy caps, and Willard Water (google these). Bath soaks in Dead Sea salts, and the most natural soaps you can find. Use the esp products. Yes, dehumidify and clean using as little water as possible, using white vinegar, borax, baking soda, etc. Clean clothes and bedding daily. Good luck Bessie > > > > Pamela > > > > Yes you are right, I got rid of the mites long before the 'stuff' > > stopped exiting my pores with the esp. Guest guest
After some examination, it would seem the critters I have are what I am finding here at the east coast. If I was a doubting about this being an across the states problem, I doubt no more. Perhaps we will be seeing those tea tree colonies pop up across the US soon?........lol Community critter tubs and everybody smelling funny. Guest guest
They are definately on and in your mattress and pillows. I sprayed mine, enclosed it, including the boxspring and my pillows, in vinyl enclosures that completely seal it in. They are staying that way for a year. Probably even tossed then and I will buy a new one. I also spray it, the boxpring and pillows down with apple cider vinegar every time I change it. I do this either daily if I'm buggy or every other day if I'm good. bob > > > > > > Pamela > > > > > > Yes you are right, I got rid of the mites long before the 'stuff' > > > stopped exiting my pores with the esp. Guest guest
Lol. I was just thinking about that post. I think it was from Chastity re: the starting a nudist colony in a tea tree village. I guess Bob will be supplying our bath tub folks... He he. Come to Tea Tree Village... Where the natives are nude and the bugs are ultra clean. Favorite locations: Bob's Bathing Resort. Guest guest
Its hard to tell where things are coming from. I think I figured I had them in my system when I would keep taking baths and showers in stuff that would kill them, lice comb my hair, and put on clothing wased in borax and microwaved, and ntot touch or sit on anything that was not sprayed or cleaned and still feel crawling 5 minutes later. I also had big pimply and mound like things on my skin that when I broke open I could push somthing that looked brown and buggie out of. Other kinds of bugs came off my skin, stuff that came out with the ESP Botanicals and once I started taking the oo and sulfer the pimply things and mounds stoped completly even if I was getting bitten here and there. J. From: kihunrc <kihunshin@...>Subject: Re: ESP Soapsbird mites Date: Friday, October 24, 2008, 1:27 AM My biggest question is, how do you know what's crawling or biting you is from the environment vs your own skin? What if the environment is under control (hopefully) but you keep thinking that it's not b/c of activity coming from your own self? That's my biggest concern right now...kihun>> Pamela> > Yes you are right, I got rid of the mites long before the 'stuff' > stopped exiting my pores with the esp. Guest guest
That tub joke was a hoot.... Yes and do keep us posted on your progress ...I would also like a copy of the file you are keeping.... Just a thought about how to measure environmental progress....when I had my environment under control I was like you and still felt the mites on me, probably emerging from me, BUT the hot spots of my house like my kitchen, bedroom, computer desk and car were a lot better. There wasnt an ambush as soon as I entered these areas...just random and consistant biting where ever I was....even when away from home I hope you continue to get better! z
Guest guest
One other thing I have found helpful and it is not an easy thing to do. I epilated my whole body. Still shave legs, arm pits, and bikini line, but arms, back, rump all the places with fine hairs. I figure they probably lay eggs on the hairs or in the folical. So epilating will take this luxery away from them and expell any eggs in the folicals. J. J. Guest guest
That's funny. Yes a nudist mite-fighting colony surrounded by cedar and tea trees, hot salt baths, sauna and tanning facilities. Maybe we should start one! Lol. There is a nice big tub in my bathroom too. I sleep naked (no covers too) on my air mattress in the bathroom with an electric heater on all night (which makes the bathroom like a sauna). I was thinking of installing tanning lamps instead of using the more deadly UVC lamps to decontaminate it. My bathroom will become my mite-free "spa", with tanning, sauna, and salt bath facilities! Lol What pampering I get! -requireshelp From: jeannine allaire <ratgodess@...>bird mites Sent: Friday, October 24, 2008 12:30:21 PMSubject: Re: Re: ESP Soaps Lol. I was just thinking about that post.
