Guest guest
Hello Connie, Any exercise will raise your blood pressure some when you are doing it. This is one reason why I feel that ALL exercise videos should have a warning at the beginning for people with uncontrolled high blood pressure to be careful. I come from a family with a history of extreme high blood pressure yet each time I go to the doctor for a check up my blood pressure remains in the very healthy range. I just had a doctors appointment on Thursday and my doctor was so pleased with all of my stats. He said whatever you are doing, keep it up. It is amazing. He checked my heart twice because he was so amazed at how strong it sounds since I have a childhood history of Rheumatic fever and heart problems. There are now no traces of any heart problems. These are all pretty exceptional things and I attribute this all to LifeLift. My husband had very high blood pressure when I married him. His blood pressure has dropped considerably and he is much, much healthier over all now than when I married him. He looks and feels incredible for a man in his 50's. I have had reports from many people who report that after doing LifeLift for awhile they notice their blood pressure is lower during the course of the day. If they are on medication I tell them to keep monitoring it so they can have their doctors adjust their medications if necessary. The main thing to remember is that when you are doing any exercise you should be aware if you have high blood pressure to make sure you are staying within a reasonable range. If you have a problem then I suggest you break your breaths up into groups of 10 LifeLift breaths at a time. That is what I had my husband do in the beginning. He still does it sometimes just for the sake of time and convenience. Take good care, Rashelle The Body You Have Always Wanted is Coming Soon! What can changing the way you breathe do for you? Guest guest
Trish from ESP said the Russians feed their children pumpkin seed oil daily to keep parasites off them. Since we are all pumpkin seed chewers I found this very interesting. I didn't even know there was pumpkin seed oil. Most health stores probably have it, in th salad dressing area. She also suggested vaxa.com as a source for a ph buffer and a anti parasitic called Parasitin. B
