They are definately on and in your mattress and pillows. I sprayed mine, enclosed it, including the boxspring and my pillows, in vinyl enclosures that completely seal it in. They are staying that way for a year. Probably even tossed then and I will buy a new one. I also spray it, the boxpring and pillows down with apple cider vinegar every time I change it. I do this either daily if I'm buggy or every other day if I'm good.bob> > >> > > Pamela> > > > > > Yes you are right, I got rid of the mites long before the 'stuff' > > > stopped exiting my pores with

Hi, mnf62,

Too much menthol can kill you. The amount we are using is probably safe, because so many are doing it without APPARENT problems. But then we are or have been so desperate that each of us has made or will make choices that we would otherwise avoid.

Have you tried the group's search feature? It is excellent. One post mentions how much menthol humans can be exposed to before the level becomes toxic.

Also, there are some related that have information you may find useful, specifically Mel's group, invisiblebitingmites ; the Great's group, which is photo intensive, bodybugs ; and my group, critterfiles , which is a partial index of best practices--partial because it is impossible to keep up--what we are learning, how fast we are learning it, is such a fast moving train that we are only now starting to be able to lock down some solutions.

But the best way is to search the posts here, Topix, finding1cure, curezone , and the other critter sites, as well as googling. Every day new resources are posted and although we can't believe everything we find on the internet or in our groups, we can find enough to cross-reference and get the answers we need, I find, most of the time.

Whatever you are going through, hang in there, you are definitely not the only one.

KJ
