TOMORROW DAY 1

well, girls tomorrow is day one for me and the exercise challenge. i

have aerobics in the evening...but i plan to do an rs tape in the

morning just to get me off to a good start

i think i might measure myself.....just for fun!! see if i can drop

an inch or two....lol

hang on, hang on......it is 6:30 am.....let me get a coffee down

first! trying to decide what tape....hmmmmm....i love " day 1 " always

so enthusiastic!! NOW....to keep that momentum going! that is the

trick!!!

canadian dollar worth less.....therefore my scale should read less!!

that is only fair,right?? hahaha

Measurements are a better gauge than the scale when starting off on a

strenuous exercise program. Loads of people get discouraged and say " I've

been literally exercising my butt of, yet the scale doesn't show a drop - it

shows I *gained*!! "

At this point, before and after measurements will almost *always* show a

change for the better.

Hide the scales!!

i agree 100%!!!! the scales do ME more damage than good!!!
