Guest guest Posted October 31, 2001 Report Share Posted October 31, 2001 well, girls tomorrow is day one for me and the exercise challenge. i have aerobics in the evening...but i plan to do an rs tape in the morning just to get me off to a good start i think i might measure myself.....just for fun!! see if i can drop an inch or two....lol good luck guys!! by the way...... Loads of people get discouraged and say " I've been literally exercising my butt of, yet the scale doesn't show a drop - it shows I *gained*!!
