Guest guest Posted November 11, 2001 Report Share Posted November 11, 2001 Here's my exercise for today.........I just finished it up.......I got in 70 minutes all together doing aerobics, stairstepper, weightlifting, ab work and my thighmaster.............I'm probably heading out for a walk in the woods in a little while being that it is such a nice day out today.................I'm feeling good and strong.....................I loooooove my workouts!!! Hope you all are having a loverly day and be sure to do something good for you today...................remember that by taking care of you, you are taking care of everyone around you as well.............put yourself first today and everyday and everyone will benefit!!
