Give those nuts and chips to the kids or Hyatt and keep those good munchies

near you. Have you tried those flavored mini-rice cakes yet? Low in calories

and have a good, satisfying CRUNCH.

Pretzels are another good option, as is popcorn (un-buttered, that is). And

there's always unsweetened cereal, too.

Congratulations! This was a big step for you to take. I'm glad you have your

self confidence back again after that little fall.

Keep up the good work, and good luck with that test net week. Now go work on

that statistics paper and we'll see you some time next week.

Thanks... No my voice isn't there yet. the Doc put me on Coricedan (?)D. My

chords are always dry & I think it is wearing on them. I see him in a couple

of weeks... Until then I don't know.
