Spent most of the morning fighting with my email and pattern software

program. At least the email is straightened out but I'm still having trouble

printing patterns. If anyone else has Click and Sew, could you write to me

off list, please?

Exercise: 's Silver Foxes, and later on I'll be outside enjoying the

warmth and sunshine and taking a walk to the library and maybe just around

the neighborhood.

Food:

B: oatmeal and applesauce

S: banana

L: big mixed salad with some garbanzo beans, ff dressing

S: none

D: Potato and Cauliflower Soup and ww bread

S: baked potato and salsa

FF rice milk with decaf coffee and tea, plenty of water

Yes, it's a new week to kick butt. I go to the gym Tues/Thurs/Sun as a rule and

really worked hard in there yesterday. The only thing I DON'T do in there is my

ab work. That is my problem area and I really struggle with it. I am WAY too

self-conscious about the size of my gut and how weak that area is to do my ab

work in front of a gym full of people.

I can already see my arms and other body parts slowly changing -- I can see what

they'll be 6 months from now if I keep at it. But that gut REALLY lags behind

in terms of strength and everything else.
