Guest guest
Any alternative suggestions I would be interested in to please him perhaps? I used to have a boyfriend who snored and I used foam earplugs. I had a stash of them right next to my bed. Didn't help his snoring but it sure helped me get some sleep. Guest guest
Get some " Breathe Right " nasal strips. As long as you don't sleep on your back, they work really well. They have a sticky side...you peel off the backing and apply it to the bridge of your nose. The strips gently lift the sides of your nose, allowing you to breathe easier. You can actually tell the difference the second you put it on. In the morning, you just take it off and toss it away. It works really well for those who have colds. They breathe easier all night long. Benita -----Original Message----- From: cgiambri Sent: Sunday, January 28, 2007 11:52 AM Visiting daughter in TX and she said I snore. My husband has complained about that in the past. I don't believe either of them not hearing myself snore. Got any suggestions so that husband may sleep better and possibly dream for greater opportunities for himself or is that an excuse for him to stay STUCK AND STILL I dream away to the best years of my life ahead? Any alternative suggestions I would be interested in to please him perhaps? To me, I can live this way but parhaps I can help him have a more sound sleep or whatever. Thanks all. hugs, carolg
Guest guest
BreatheRight never even touched Joe's snoring, nor did the spray to the back of the throat, tennis balls on his back................earplugs work. Shari

After viewing a recent E-mail that listed the many benefits of 3% hydrogen peroxide, I filled an empty Nasonex pump and have given myself the H2O2 for the past 3 nights. My wife reports no snoring. Short test but promising?" 1/19/2007: Rick from Denver, CO writes, "I have tried the Hydrogen Peroxide in a nasal spray bottle. It does work, but not all the time. I alternate now with the HP and Vicks vapor rub. I boil a cup of water, then add a teaspoon of Vicks and stir. I breath it in deeply for about 5-10 minutes prior to going to sleep. I have had a report of little or no snoring sine I started this." Read much more about Hydrogen Peroxide Cures.cgiambri <cgiambri@...> wrote: Visiting daughter in TX and she said I snore. Guest guest
Be careful using store bought 3% H_2 O_2 . It does contain contaminants. One would be much better off getting hold of some 35% percent and diluting to 3%.
