Mollusks and liver are #1 sources listed. As far as I can find, there are no

reliable vegan sources of B 12. The B 12 in nori, etc, may be unavailable to

humans.

I bet someone else can give more info that I can though.

Not according to the sources one normally reads no there is no reliable

vegan source of B12. However, what they don't want you to know is that

B12 is all around you all the time. B12 is on the raw foods you eat,

though not usually supermarket type foods. If you have your own veggie

garden and fruit trees you will never want for B12. Just don't wash all

the dirt off of them. The human body is also capable of making its own

B12 through action of bacteria and it is personal choice in what anybody

wishes to believe on this.

Seems really odd and strange to me that mother nature would make our

bodies so that they require some extremely important nutrient that

cannot be found anywhere except meat. Well, where did the meat find it?

Why get the B12 second hand? Go for the gold and get it first hand.

Every leaf on just about every plant has B12. Lick some leaves or maybe

even eat a few, just make certain as to what you are eating. Most B12 in

nori is worthless B12 as nori sheets are roasted. All animals get their

B12 from nature, ie.-plants and dirt. Even carnivores do to but they get

theirs second hand from the animals they consume.

Forgot to mention that B12 is found in the natural bloom on all raw

fruits and plants.

Best way to get your B12. There is truly no better way. I, too, love

eating grapes right off the vine. Heck, I love eating any fruit I can

get right from its source. Always better than what comes from markets.

And when you cook proteins they become denatured proteins which the body

not only cannot digest but it does not recognize it as a food.
