Thanks for the welcome...

It's nice to see my favorites...

Let me jump right back in here...

I was looking for some white tea, stevia (unless yall have a better

idea) and some where for some good fish oil caps (omega 3s)...

Any ideas or the links in the files?

Thanks for any help,

Angel

Angel, if you want to add omegas into your diet than either use Udo's

oil or hemp seed oil. These are much better in quality than fish oil.

However, if you like fish oil then go right on ahead and use fish oil.

As for the rest of your diet you might consider eating more raw fruits

and lots more salads. Carbs that come from grains and roots are of

lesser quality and consume more body energy to convert into usable

glucose. Best to get ones glucose straight from the fruits themselves.

Much easier on the hips and body.

Probably the best way to achieve this is to eliminate one food from your

diet every week while replacing it with a raw living food. Because you

are a carbo junkie, I was, you will find yourself needing something

heavy to fill the void. Fruit won't do this. You will need to eat more

nuts and seeds or avocados until your body can adjust to not having this

calorie dense hard to digest food in it anymore. It will adjust and you

will feel better in the long run as well as looking better. Complex

carbohydrates only serve to put on fat on the body, if not used

sparingly. Most people overdo the carbs.

Well, not always. Sometimes I have to pull my foot out of my mouth or

make apologies. However, I am definitely a figment of my own

imagination. LOL

I was asked once what the first thing I wanted to hear from God would

be when I got to Heaven. I said that I really hope to hear, " OK, tell

me if you've heard this one..... "

Peace, love, laughter

Angel, I said all that with tongue in cheek!

Can you call the health food store during your lunch break? Check to see

what they have. I bet you will remember to go on Saturday if you call.
