Guest guest
I love portabella and shiitake. But what is crimini? I've heard of small portabellas. Are those the ones? Guest guest
Never thought about it. I don't take vitamins. But I do take superfood daily, and eat mostly vegitarian and gluten free. What are some good organic natural sources of b12? Guest guest
How long has it been since you indulged yourself ? What have you been eating since giving it up? Are you eating mostly raw? I would go easy on the legumes in your case as they are very hard on the digestive system. Go more for soaking them and giving them a brief sprout (lentils, garbanzos) and stay away from the larger beans as they don't really sprout well at all. Okay so now explain raw beef when prepared right? I am curious. The human body does not need protein. The human body does not use protein. The human body uses amino acids and the plant kingdom does a magnificent job of providing free amino acids, all of them necessary, without have to attempt to digest complex proteins to obtain them. It is possible that due to the intense cold weather you are experiencing you may be craving much heavier foods. This is normal. Increase your intake of avocados, nuts, seeds. It is also a possibility that your body is doing a cleanse and unloading some toxins that could account for the craving as well. Just some things for you to think about and try before giving in to a your nemesis. Guest guest
Hey Angel, Raw eggs I have no problem with. Cooked, well, let's say it creates an interesting, shall we say, expulsion. I'll add them to my morning smoothie this morning and for a while, and let you know how it works out. Thanks for the great idea! Peace, love, laughter Dominus Vobiscum > > Oh , you crack me up...I am right there with you. > Although, I could do without the meat. > Meat and sugar don't bother me...doing with out it, that is... > It's a sandwich I crave...I'd even eat some of that old nasty day old > rye bread... > Mine is just the DT's, it will go away and come back...but, you might > be right on yours, maybe you do need some protein...how about raw > eggs, good organic raw eggs? > Just the first thing popped into my mind...but, now that I think > about it, can you eat eggs? > Just a thought, > Angel >
