I've seen a bit of redness but never to that extent... very cool. Suziprayerfulmantis <prayerfulmantis@...> wrote: Just got done doing a hot castor oil pack on a friend. She had some bowel thing going on in which part of the intestine collapses like a telescope in upon itself and was suffering from intermittent constipation and explosive diarhea. Her tummy was swollen with extra matter that wasn't coming out. Put a heated castor oil soaked piece of flannel on her abdomen, covered it with a piece of plastic, placed on a hot water bottle, and covered everything with a towel. Redid the hotwater bottle after half an hour and at the end of the hour I noticed something odd. After removing all the stuff on her bare abdomen was a small area about 3 inches across that was

bright red. The odd part was it was located right over the part of her intestines where the problem was. There were no discernable hot spots in the way the flannel or hot water bottle was applied. By some reason more blood flow was brought into that area by the treatment. That's what it's suppose to do but it was curious to see it play out.Anyone have a similiar experience or observations?

When I was using Castor Oil packs for my liver, I noticed that I

would get small round red spots, about the size of a quarter, over my

liver. And a strange, well, deep itchy feeling. Not surface skin

itch, but something deeper. The spots never welted up, never became

irritated or infected. Just the deep itch. I took it to mean that the

toxins, etc were being drawn out.

Dunno. Just my thoughts.

Peace, love, laughter

That sounds a lot like what this may have been. Thank you for

sharing that, I found the effect quite curious. She most certainly had

lots of toxins that need expulsion, her stomach was distended and she

looked about 3 months pregnant with them.

Anyone with any info about adding celtic sea salt to castor oil

to enhance it's properties? I read something about it somewhere 2

years ago, loaded up a bottle of the mix (which I used today), but

can't seem to find the source info and can't remember why it worked.
