Guest guest
I think I am in the same boat, here. Though nuts don't seem to degatively impact me TOO much, I definitely notice a difference. Now for the gross part....... When you poop after eating cooked foods, especially meats, do you ever pass blood as well? Do cooked foods slow your bowels down or speed them up? The reason I ask is because whenever I eat cooked meat, I pass a very large amount of fresh blood, to the point where Marilyn insists that I go the the ER. I don't, of course. And I was wondering if, from what you have said below, it might not be that unique to me. Anyway, hope this is not too personal for this list, or for you personally. Guest guest
Then how in the world do you type? It is very interesting to me that you can't see! Aren't we amazing creatures, made to adapt so well? So, if I may get personal, why can't you see? You may have already shared it, but I cannot recall. It's funny, at work I have gotten bold enough to tell those close to me, that can take rather blunt talk, that monitoring your " output " is a good thing. You can discern quite a bit about what is going on in your body by checking on your pee and poop. They look at me oddly, but then again, they do that anyway.
