Guest guest
Type 2 diabetes is the easiest to handle with diet change. Stop eating all animal products. That means beef, chicken, turkey, pork, milk, yogurt, eggs, etc... yes, even the "low fat" stuff. And hopefully you are not ingesting that poison they pass off as a "good" sugar substitute - any of them! They only set you up for obesity. Go to www.hacres.com and go to the testimonials on the left hand side of the page, click and then search for diabetes and you can read of people who have gone off ALL medication for diabetes with diet. Guest guest
Jenna, Are you serious about changing your diet? If so, then you have come to the right place to learn. Shari is right. My husband had a one time seizure, not your problem, but he immediately changed and got rid of ALL ANIMAL PRODUCTS and 6 weeks later, totally cured with no medicine except 10 days during my search. Now 29ish years later a living testimony out of " choices " he made and continues too. You can do it girlfriend. Even doing the Hallelujah Diet many have reaped freedom. I believe raw, vegan is the answer, but then you have to decide for yourself cause not everyone here is raw or perhaps vegan. I know it worked for my husband, many others, but they wanted to change. Change is not easy, but worth it. Now if I can get my career kicked in, I would be closer to greater financial freedom---my goal! Oh, musceless diet? Do google search for more information. Even a book out that the library may have too. Bewt to you fo ryour desire to be with us here. Who makes the Super Tonic you talked about? Guest guest
It's a little bit more than no grains - you should check out these books for very good info on a mucus-less diet: Mucusless Diet Healing System 3 Day Cleanse & the Muscusless Diet Rational Fasting Mucusless Diet Healing System all by Arnold Ehret and can be found on Amazon.com At 11:23 AM 2/9/2007, you wrote: >mucusless diet is no grains > >Shari

Guest guest
Hi Jenna, Yes you can add cinnamon to the tonic. As for herbs, tonics, etc., there are a fair number that can assist you but the biggest help you will get that will help you the most would be dietary and lifestyle changes. Eating a more raw food diet will go much further in helping you than any herbs or tonics will. The mucusless diet is just that, eliminating the foods that create mucus in the body. These are the acid ash foods or foods that leave an acidic residue. The body needs an alkaline food source because every action in the body including thought produces acidic metabolic wastes. We need the alkaline diet to neutralize these wastes otherwise we become too acidic and end up with rheumatism, arthritis type ailments. We also end up with diabetes, cancer and such. The more alkaline foods are raw fruits, vegetables and greens. All grains are mucus forming as are all roots foods (carrots, potatoes, etc.). All meats and dairy are acid forming foods. Any processed or junk food is extremely acid forming. Super tonic will help you right now but you really should consider gradually changing your diet over. It is your choice to go about your health as you see fit of course. I am only offering you a more natural, basic way that costs very little, really. Guest guest
Alkaline neutralizes acid. I knew that, but never put it together in a health way. Another paradigm shift. I've had Marilyn on raw and veggie because of her developing arthritis in her hands, hips and knees. Most of the time she sticks with it. I've heard that cinnamon is good in the treatment of diabetes, but have never found out how or why. Any ideas? Guest guest
I've been filing through them lately too - there IS a ton of stuff in there.... > > Message archives in any group I've been on are a bit of a challenge... I've been doing some cleaning in them.. Start with one or two words when you search. The files we have tried to set up so you would know by the grouping an idea where to start... Any of Schulze and s remedies are under them.. any member contributions under natural health remedies... then we have recipes, supplements, articles, health aids, etc etc... I know the mods are open for some suggestions on the files if there is an easier way to classify things. > Of course, if one never goes to the store or library and browses one will never know what is there either... So let's here some suggestions out there. > > I ocassionally browse the message archives sometimes starting in the beginning and go thru about 10 or more a day... or every so often just to remember what is in there... alot of good stuff... >
