Gall bladder flush

Hi Tat,

When I do this flush/cleanse, I feel fine. No nausea at all. Which is

amazing to me, because I have a very low threshold to gagging. Even

the memory of certain smells can set me off. And since I cannot

regurgitate (due to a surgery I had a few years ago), retching is

extremely painfull to me.

This flush/cleanse was not uncomfortable in any way, though did feel

odd drinking the oil.

I hope this helps. Keep us updated. Remember, baby steps.

Peace. love, laughter

about this. I have a question, please. Don't you feel nauseated

during these 4 hours, or don't you feel any discomfort in your

digestive system? I'm very prone to both.

The day of the flush, you want to consume NO FAT AT ALL. This allows

bile to build up in the gallbladder for a more effective flush.

apple juice but I am getting nauseated and also a headache. Can anyone

give me an idea of what you eat during the flush...before 2:00? I plan

on eating a plain baked potato about 1:30. I usually eat a little

protein when I feel like this but everything has fat in it that I can

think of. Any suggestions would be great. I am really trying to get

through this today and hope I feel better tomorrow.

Best, nothing. Under no circumstances anything with oil. Apple juice is fine.

I do not know if anyone has told you r not but the gallstone issue was probably

instigated by your lap band and subsequent weight loss. Critical after you are

through the immediate crisis but still losing weight to get plenty of oils

lecithin water and appropriate acids through your system to keep the bile thin

and plentiful. Good luck,Dave

Dave,

I didn't have a lap band and have not lost a lot of weight. I think maybe you

are cofusing me with someone else. I just started having weird pressure under

my right rib cage about two weeks ago and the doctor thinks it is my gall

bladder.

Do you usually feel pretty normal and active the morning after drinking the

olive oil mixture or does it take a while.

It's an abomination from a health aspect. Zero on a label means less than half

a gram per " serving " . still has fat in other words from the standpoint of a

flush. the more you adhere to the protocols the more you will get out of your

flush. Mess with it too much and you can approach no effect.Dave
