Guest guest
I like them in Tsatziki. It is a Greek yogurt sauce I just love. Make some yogurt cheese, shred a big cucumber and squeeze out the liquid, add it and some fresh garlic and a touch of fresh dillweed. It is very addictive though, so be prepared for encore requests. The only way I can eat them is practically soaked in apple cider vinegar. Kinda like a piclkle, only crunchier. It's interesting that they have Tryptophan in them. Never would have thought that.
