I like them in Tsatziki. It is a Greek

yogurt sauce I just love. Make some yogurt cheese, shred a big cucumber and

squeeze out the liquid, add it and some fresh garlic and a touch of fresh

dillweed. It is very addictive though, so be prepared for encore requests.

I wish I liked cukes. The only way I can eat them is

practically soaked

in apple cider vinegar. Kinda like a piclkle, only crunchier.

It's interesting that they have Tryptophan in them. Never would have

thought that.
