Guest guest
Ok, the long history of my teeth/gums. I have always had lots of bad teeth...from fillings to root canals to crowns....to extracts with still some teeth still left thankfully. A few months back I tried getting into the dental school--accepted, then denied, then told too much work, then back to my dentist of less than a year, then off to root canal specialist per his recommendation, then root canal specialist said get to dental school which I did, and when they refused me back to the my dentist to work on my dental work which I thought was finished, but not so.....not sure if he is good, bad or just not efficient with my mouth. Last chat with him a few months back was get back to the root canal specialist to do the at least 2 root canals as for some reason he couldn't drill that far down and the specialist had the right equipment to do that. Also was supposed to go to the dental lab to make sure my crown will have the right color on the temporary crown that is sitting there. Ok...now...last night flossed and a few of my teeth were looking like a monster with blood all over them. Now today the temporary crown, that had fallen out twice, is bleeding like crazy with the flossing. Now I need to get back to all the dentists.... I feel like I have had bad dentistry administered, have sought out recommendations and at a loss for help. I do have DMO plan. Oh, the eye tooth on the top front left is where the temporary crown is. When it fell out those two times looked like a witch of which I have pictures. Now the bottom eye tooth, left side is half a tooth and that will have to be taken out eventually. I heard from daughter, not to do that yet, till I am ready for the implant, which is outrageous. Oh, the crowns that were put in by my dentist seems to have an odor coming from. They are the permanent ones. Maybe he failed to " get all " the decay as it takes like decay. Now wondering if so. I can at least say 3 areas are smelly pocket areas. Now I need your advice. Yes, changing dentists is an option, but is that the solution as I have not seen results before from others. I am not a complaining customer only want satisfaction for high bucks. No I have not done Coq10 either nor anything else for my teeth. I'm really interested in knowing more about teeth help as I'm getting to the point of losing more and more via extractions. I do want to keep the teeth I have, but slowly but surely wondering about the reality. I want to have the right intentions here, but with this process of frustration, it looks like this week, seeing the lab for the color, which I never had to do, making appointments with both dentists again. The specialist I believe is very pricey. I need millions to just support my mouth! See my goal is high on the mighty dollar, helping myself and others? Thanks for all wisdom here. carolg, who wants to die with a full mouth of her own teeth, but not reality, so hoping to keep what I can without dentists mistreating me....by the mighty buck!!!!!!!! Thanks for your wisdomo.
Guest guest
Hi CarolG, I am wondering what your diet is like. I have always had bad teeth, abssesses, root canals, meds, extractions, all that stuff. And what I have finally realized is that the more " clean " I keep my diet, the more healthy my mouth is. The minute I start eating cooked grains, meats, dairy, etc., all of the infection starts coming back. But perhaps this is not your problem? Maybe you already skip all that stuff. :-) TerriLynne
