Need your support for administering ARVS in Vietnam

Dear members of groups !

I’m a Vietnamese doctor and work for HIV/AIDS unit assisting in access to

generic-ARVs in Vietnam. I ‘m changing the treatment regime of PLWHAs from the

beginning of this year. But after follow-up period, I have received many

cases(of PLWHA) who were falling down the absolute C-counts through - months

applied the generic drugs in management.

I don’t known why is there its failure ? Or there is existing the status of

resistance to ARVs of PLWHAs or a problem of qualities of genric-ARV ?

I wish that members of this group– who are having having many experiences in

HIV/AIDS treatment and follow-up – please give me the advises and guidelines.
