Thanks everyone for responding!!

I myself eat probably 25% raw currently. I would prefer more fruits

and raw veggies, but on reccommendation by a healthcare practitioner -

I am eating more steamed/roasted vegetables, fish, tofu and soaked

whole grains. More of a Macrobiotic/chinese medicine type of

cooking/dietary plan. I was just curious as to how many ate raw

etc. :)

Isn't it amazing how our emotions are so directly connected to our

physical health.

For me, comfort food is tomato soup. And, I hate to admit, a grilled

cheese sandwich.

Whenever I am stressed or depressed, that is my " drug of choice " . I

have cut out the sandwich, but still am a soup user.
