Guest guest
From the Raw Food Primer 1 whole ripe avocado 2 cloves garlic 3 tbl shoyu 1/8 tsp ground cumin 1 tsp fresh lime juice warm water Peel the avocado and remove the pit. Put all in the blender, except the water. Blend, adding small amounts of warm water until the consistency is that of thick soup. The amount of water will vary from avocado to avocado but generally will be about one cup. The Reality: 3 tbl shoyu is WAY too much. I'd do it to taste. Great way to use an avocado that is almost spent. Lynn in CA. -- Man must go back to nature for information. - Paine (1737-1809)
