Guest guest
There are very very minute amounts of aflatoxins on American peanut crops’ outer shells. It is a by product of naturally occurring fungus. It definitely is a toxin, as is a lot of stuff we consume. Fungi love moist environments so if you really want to avoid mycotoxins as much as possible, look for produce from drier climate countries. Doesn't matter if it's organic or not. Ever look at a peanuts shell? See the little squares and ridges? Sometimes you will see specks of green - aflotoxin, a known carcinogen. Now you can go to www.rawfood.com to order them for $8.95 + shipping and handling for 8 ounces! Here's what they say about their peanuts:<SNIP>
