Guest guest Posted March 14, 2007 Report Share Posted March 14, 2007 Here's what you do. 1. Stand on the rebounder with your arms hanging at your side. 2. Lift arms to parallel with the floor 3. Bend knees 4. Lower arms 5. Straighten knees repeat, repeat, repeat You will find yourself getting into a rhythm and it will feel natural. No need to BOUNCE, just a gentle bounce.
