Regular consumption of this aromatic plant may be helpful in regulating blood sugar levels, reducing inflammation, and preventing urinary tract infections. Enjoy the many health benefits of cilantro with this simple and delicious recipe for spinach cilantro soup. Ingredients: 1 cup carrot juice1 1/2 cups tomato juice1/4 cup beet juice4 cups spinach1 cup cilantro1/2 avocado1-2 cloves garlic4 green onionsSea salt, to tasteCreamy cashew dressing Directions: Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
