Guest guest
One of my teachers claims good success treating hay fever with ragweed tincture. I made some up but haven't had a test subject to try it out on. Trikatu, the aryvedic mix of ginger, black pepper, and anise seed is said to have some antihistamine and mucous reducing properties that help also. It's really easy to make with a coffee grinder and spices from the health food store. Use whole black pepper corns and whole anise seeds and grind each into a powder then add the ginger. Take some on a spoon mixed with honey with every meal. The seaweed study from Japan is interesting. It lends credence to the load up with nutrients and your diseases disappear school of health care. Thanks for posting the info.

Guest guest
Nettle is used in teas or fresh in salads for a natural mineral boost. It is considered a blood cleanser and helps with some forms of arthritic pain and swelling of the joints. This is one of those herbs I would consider very safe and almost a “food group type” herb rather than purely medicinal. Janet From: health [mailto:health ] On Behalf Of myfaithstands@...
