I can't massage the leg muscles because that causes the hands to flare up. This mostly happens at night between the hours of 2-ish and 5-ish. I don't know why. MY HOURS try the enzymes with meals (like 30 min before if possible)Other than that I feel great. As a matter of fact, yesterday we had a kick butt day stocking the shelves at work. About 6 of us spent almost three hours shucking 75 lb boxes and putting books on shelves. Worked up quite a sweat. I felt better than ever after that, and looked better. I figured I sweated some of it out.So I'm going to do the Gallbladder/Liver Flush-Cleanse this weekend and see what happens. Marilyn says that if this doesn't help, she's taking me to the ER. We could make an apt with a Dr now that I have insurance, but it takes from 2 wks to a month to get an appointment through Keiser from what other employees have said. Don't forget the colon! Guest guest
have you ever had testing done for porphyria? You have some symptoms that have raised the question in my mind. Janet From: health [mailto:health ] On Behalf Of deuteronomy2929 Sent: Thursday, March 29, 2007 3:00 AM To: health Subject: May You Live In Interesting Times Ain't it the truth! Can't remember if I shared this yet or not..... Had to take to the ER last week. He was complaining about sever stomach pains. We took him the the Urgent Care earlier, and told us to give him lots of water, charged us almost $500.00 up front. Anyway, the ER people were great! I know I usually disdain hospitals and such, but let's face it, there are times when they are a god-send. It took them almost two hours to find a vein to get a blood sample and get some fluids in him. Turned out his body wasn't taking in the fluids he was drinking. All it was doing was flushing minerals out. He was going into shock caused by dehydration. Anyway, they got him hydrated, had to go back a couple of days later for more, but this time they knew where to look for the vein and found it right away. He's doing great now! Okay, life seems good. Guest guest
Thanks, Suzi. We are going shopping this evening and will pick up some digestive enzymes and the cal/mag. We've already got the msm for Marilyn. I'll let y'all know as things progress. Peace, love, laughter " Quote me as saying I was mis-quoted. Guest guest
I checked it out. I have some of the symptoms, but it seems not the major indicators. Interesting read, though. Thanks! Peace, love, laughter I went down the street to the 24-hour grocery. When I got there, the guy was locking the front door. I said, " Hey, the sign says you're open 24 hours. " He said, " Yes, but not in a row. " > > have you ever had testing done for porphyria? Guest guest
Hi , Your symptoms are worrisome to me. Have you tried looking online for a list of symptoms that matches yours? I tried the two sites below, but was unsure of all of your symptoms, things that you may have deemed unworthy of mention. :-) Anyway, I'd check things out to see if you can't get a more specific reason as to your symptoms. Because, you know, you need to take care of yourself. http://symptoms.wrongdiagnosis.com/ http://www.flash-med.com/Symptoms1.asp?gclid=CMP-4Km3oIsCFRNhIgodBDfehg TerriLynne

Guest guest
Hi Terri Lynne, I checked out the sites. They were interesting, but not very informative. Anyway, I'm doing much better now. The cramps have completely gone away, and the gallbladder flush worked wonders! I am still a little yellow, but hardly noticable, and less every day. Of course, I got bronchitis when my immune system was weak, but that's easy to deal with. About 2/3 of the people at work have it to one degree or another. Peace, love, laughter > > Hi , > Your symptoms are worrisome to me. Have you tried looking online for a > list of symptoms that matches yours?
