Guest guest
First off, if the yeast is "dead" how do you expect to get vitamin B? You will get more than you realize of vitamin B with this mix. Complete NutritionThis is a whole-food nutritional formula without using the yeast as inSuper or Total Nutrition. This is a real “super food” supplement, with ingredients that will trulyprovide nutritional support, energy, and immune system support. Eachand every ingredient was selected for their nutritional value and supportof vital force, so that when combined in a perfect ratio with all of theingredients, they form a complete nutritional supplement, promoting a vital, active, healthy life.Take EQUAL Parts of (1 part)Alfalfa Grass,Purple Dulse Seaweed,Beet Root,Spinach Leaf,Orange andLemon Peels,Siberian GingsengDandelion rootParsleyplus half again as much (1½ parts)Spirulina,ChlorellaBarley Grass,Wheat Grass,Rose Hips . bellpepperboy <rejar2003@...> wrote: Hi Suzie,I compared the total nutrition recipe in the HAWK files with the total nutrition recipe recommended by Dr. Shillington, and I have a couple of questions. Yes, I am trying together the ingredients to make total nutrition. Although not alive, isn't the yeast used to provide a source of B vitamins, iron and minerals? I am asking myself why Dr. Shillington and also Dr. Schulze recommend it if it has no beneficial qualities. Why do you recommend Ginseng instead of Astragalus? I am currently taking Dr. Ben Kim's "Nature's Best Greens" and have found it very beneficial, but a bit much for my pocketbook, which is why I am trying to make a nutritional drink on my own. Do you limit yourself to 2 Tbs. a day? Thanks so much for your helpful recommendation. Sincerely, Get your own web address. Have a HUGE year through Small Business. Guest guest
Vitamin B According to the sources one normally reads no there is no reliable vegan source of B12. However, what they don't want you to know is that B12 is all around you all the time. B12 is on the raw foods you eat, though not usually supermarket type foods. If you have your own veggie garden and fruit trees you will never want for B12. Just don't wash all the dirt off of them. The human body is also capable of making its own B12 through action of bacteria and it is personal choice in what anybody wishes to believe on this. Seems really odd and strange to me that mother nature would make our bodies so that they require some extremely important nutrient that cannot be found anywhere except meat. Well, where did the meat find it? Why get the B12 second hand? Go for the gold and get it first hand. Every leaf on just about every plant has B12. Lick some leaves or maybe even eat a few, just make certain as to what you are eating. Most B12 in nori is worthless B12 as nori sheets are roasted. All animals get their B12 from nature, ie.-plants and dirt. And Spirulina Organically grown in Hawaii using water pumped very deep from the ocean. This algea supplies high amount of the B Vitamin complex (particularly B12 as well as minerals, and a soft cell wall so it can be digested more easily. Chlorella is another form of algae, to give you a further concentration of nutrition. Its cell wall is cracked to aid digestibility. And I would limit to 2 tbs. Guest guest
This is by volume, not by weight, is that correct? When you make it, how many ounces of end-product would you estimate you have, and how long does it last? Peace, love, laughter If everything seems to be going well, you have obviously overlooked something. --- In health , Suzanne <suziesgoats@...> wrote: > > First off, if the yeast is " dead " how do you expect to get vitamin B? > You will get more than you realize of vitamin B with this mix. > > Complete Nutrition
Guest guest
Please forgive me if I am asking questions that have already been answered, but where do you order from? And can you order in smaller quantities? Guest guest
Gloria, Thank you for the info! We were concerned this month about finances, but realize that this is something we are in agreement on and need to do. This month was the first month of insurance deductions, and they took out double, and we were sure we wouldn't even be able to pay full rent. The landlord was great, though. Then today I get an envelope in my box at work. We have a program wherein employees can submit ideas to improve the business and workplace. We are given the initiative to impliment these changes. And there is a monetary payout if they are successfull and beneficial. I've made some changes at work, taking charge and such of various things on my own initiative. Let's just say that the bonus came close to matching my regular paycheck. So I'll be placing my order tomorrow!! Thanks for the leads!
