NOTICE

Applications are invited for appointment to the post of Deputy Director (IEC) on

Contract basis in West Bengal State AIDS Prevention & Control Society engaged in

Prevention and Control of HIV/AIDS in the State.

1)Qualification:

Recognised degree or post graduate diploma in Mass Communication / Journalism /

Advertising / Public Relation etc. from a University / Recognised Institute.

2)Experience:

i) 5 years practical experience of handling work relating to Development

Communication in health or related sectors, preparation of Audio Visual Aids and

display material in a responsible position, ability to develop state /

nation-wide IEC package / strategy & liaise with Govt. & private sectors.

ii) Knowledge of AV media & proficiency in handling audio-visual aid for

training purposes.

iii) Knowledge of modern training techniques.

iv) Working knowledge of Bengali & Hindi

v) Working knowledge in computer especially in MS Office.

3) Age : 25 – 40 years.

4) Salary : Consolidated pay Rs.13,000/- p.m.

5) Applications should be neatly typed containing Curriculum Vitae, two recent

passport size photograph, Xerox copies of the certificates of the qualification

and experiences.

6) Last date for receipt of application is 28.03.03.
