Guest guest Posted March 12, 2007 Report Share Posted March 12, 2007 BTW, Suzi, I believe that while I am not " doing " a cleanse, that my body is doing some cleansing just because of my diet change and the intestinal formula #1. Which leads me to a question. My right kidney is killing me, so I am thinking that I should probably do some kind of kidney cleanse. I feel too overwhelmed to make anything for such a purpose right now, and would rather buy something. Any suggestions? Would doing a juice or water fast be of any use for unhappy kidneys? I keep thinking that I should do a water fast, but just don't think I have the fortitude. I understand that after about three days, it is great, but I don't know that I could make it through two days.
