Hi Suzie,

I compared the total nutrition recipe in the HAWK files with the total

nutrition recipe recommended by Dr. Shillington, and I have a couple

of questions. Yes, I am trying together the ingredients to make total

nutrition. Although not alive, isn't the yeast used to provide a

source of B vitamins, iron and minerals? I am asking myself why Dr.

Shillington and also Dr. Schulze recommend it if it has no beneficial

qualities. Why do you recommend Ginseng instead of Astragalus? I am

currently taking Dr. Ben Kim's " Nature's Best Greens " and have found

it very beneficial, but a bit much for my pocketbook, which is why I

am trying to make a nutritional drink on my own. Do you limit yourself

to 2 Tbs. a day? Thanks so much for your helpful recommendation.
