overwhelming. Thanks to all you took the trouble to locate an electronic copy of

the documents. Moderator]

A member of this listserve recently asked where they could find full text

articles on the internet. A good place to try is Pub Med from the US National

Library of Medicine at:

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/query.fcgi

Pub Med has free full text articles from many journals including the British

Medical Journal which was one of the journals the listserve member was seeking.
