I received this today and feel that despite the length, it's well worth reading. An informed mind is the only mind capable of making decisions that one can live with for long periods of time. We can't afford complacency at this stage of the game. The frog is about to be boiled. Frogs legs, anyone? Take this information, investigate it to the best of your ability and follow your heart. They would have us believe that unless we flood the FDA with their form comment, that the FDA is going to suddenly start attacking any non MD (chiropractor, ND, etc) who recommends dietary supplements to a patient. NSFs assertions are both false and absurd. They would have us believe that FDA has the ability to rewrite the law. FDA can't do that, only Congress can. They would have us believe that through a Federal Register notice, FDA has the ability to make changes to the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act of 1994 under which dietary supplements are regulated as foods. They would have us believe that based on what FDA is saying, that unless FDA hears from a lot of people, non MDs (naturopaths, chiropractors) will suddenly not be allowed to recommend dietary supplements to patients and that health food stores would no longer be allowed to sell them to us. That is both false and absurd! This is the worst form of sensationalism and it has NO PLACE in this movement!

WHAT NSF IS TRYING TO DISTRACT YOU FROM It should be self evident that unless we are able to stop our country from being forced into the North American Union, that failure to defend our sovereignty equals failure to defend the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act and all of our other laws as well as our Constitution. Laibow/Stubblebine aren't doing a damn thing to call attention to this. Moreover, when our movement attempted to kill CAFTA (recognizing that the SPS language it contains ropes us more into CODEX), Laibow/Stubblebine generated no less than SEVEN spin pieces against our message while SIMULTANEOUSLY telling people that they'd just achieved a (non existent) "VICTORY" at Codex. I would like to relay to you my dealings with Rima E. Laibow, MD, medical

director of the Natural Solutions Foundation and who owns the website www.HealthFreedomUS . Perhaps my sharing of my experiences will help some of you make informed choices as to whether or not you want to deal with her, now or in the future. These are solely my own experiences.About five or six years ago, I received a call from Dr. Laibow inviting me to her clinic, which was almost a two-hour drive (one way) from where I was living at the time. She had heard about my own interests and activities, and wanted to show me the new clinic she had just acquired and renovated. I offered to bring my F-Scan to show her what it was like. She said she would do the same for with one of the machines she had in her clinic. She also said that we would be having lunch. I told her in advance what my dietary needs were, as I need to watch my blood sugar and have some other dietary issues. Once I arrived, she showed me around her well

appointed clinic of many rooms. She owned quite a number of electromedical devices: a photon sound beam (or something similar; it may have been the light beam generator), lasers, some sound equipment, etc. There was also a sitting rebounder, possibly some ozone equipment if I recall correctly, and a state-of-the- art lab. The clinic was also equipped with a small auditorium for lectures and presentations. During the tour, Laibow mentioned that she was seeking additional funding for the clinic. I remember her emphasizing her need for more money several times. Laibow also introduced me to her partner, Major General Stubblebine. I remember clearly his telling me that he used to work as some sort of intelligence officer for an arm of the U.S. government, and was involved in secret information. I believe that he also mentioned being skilled at remote viewing, but I cannot recall this clearly. I silently wondered why he was telling

me all this, but I did not ask him any questions about his prior work. As I personally cannot vouch for the verity of what I was told, I will now continue recounting my direct experiences. My actual experience at the clinic was very different from what I understood we would be doing, per our prior verbal agreement by phone. After I showed Laibow how the F-Scan worked, suddenly she ran out of time. She didn't have time for even a 5-minute demonstration of her numerous pieces of equipment. (I would have welcomed even a small treatment.) She also said that she didn't have time for lunch. Her clinic is in the middle of nowhere, so there was no restaurant or health food store around where I could get some food. I purposely had not brought anything with me because she had specifically said this would be a lunch date as well as a clinic tour. I declined the canned tuna she offered because it was packed in water and flavored with

"hydrolized vegetable protein," a source of MSG. (I was surprised that she didn’t seem to know about this danger. She did not express her concern about it, at least not to me.) When I was about to leave, she offered to complete the part of our visit that had been truncated, and told me to call her the following week. She did not apologize for the shortened visit or express any concern about my needs for lunch that were not met (strange, I thought, for someone involved in the healing profession). When I did phone her a week later, she said that she didn't have time. I did not make any further attempts to contact her. One to three years later, I began receiving numerous emails from Laibow about Codex and the possible loss of our rights to affordable nutritional supplements. I did not doubt (nor do I doubt) that our nutritional supplement industry is under assault. However, what bothered me was the number of emails. They were

so numerous, they felt like spam. I probably received two or three a week. Of particular interest to me was that along with her encouragement to write letters to the appropriate government parties, was an explicit plea for money. She stated that this money was to reimburse her for her time, effort and air travel while helping to preserve our right to have supplements in this country. ( Hammell of www.iahf.com has also asked for financial assistance. However, he does not earn his living as a doctor, and has been devoted to this issue for a long time and has worked very hard on it. I believe that he truly deserves financial aid.) At that point, I wrote her an email asking to be taken off her mailing list, explaining that I don't like to be spammed, and that I did not wish to deal with her in any capacity (and why). She ignored that

email and subsequent emails. My messages were never returned to me, so I assumed that she received them. I even sent two complaints to her service provider, mentioning that I was being spammed, to no avail. The spam finally stopped when (for a number of reasons) I changed my email address. I do not expect people to be perfect. Sometimes, like everyone else, I wake up grumpy. I have also made my share of mistakes. However, when my dealings with someone are unsatisfactory over a prolonged period -- and when there are numerous opportunities to address grievances but they remain unaddressed -- I decide not to deal with the person any longer. That's my choice. There are many reputable activist individuals and groups who have been fighting for many years for the right to have nutritional supplements and purchase them at a reasonable cost. I would personally prefer to associate with someone I trust, and sign the petitions of those I

trust. Three, I don’t want any of us to lose sight of what we are here to protect and defend. “Divide and conquer†is a very old game of the ruling powers. If the ruling class can induce in-fighting and squabbling amongst those they are trying to rule, we become less organized, less focused, and less effective.
