I didn't say I didn't want to eat greens - in fact, my diet consists of

fruit and vegetables and quite a lot of greens. Based on what I

have read about chlorophyll, the liquid is extremely good for a

person.

Why don't you want to eat the

(inc. protein, vitamins, minerals, fiber, etc.) with the whole food,

not just an extracted part of the food.

Same here . I eat lots of greens plus drink a tbsp. of Total Nutrition in water 2-4x a day to get even more chlorophyll into the ol' machine. And I WILL say...I feel and see a big difference when I take Total Nutrition at least 3 times a day. My skin is clearer and I have more energy. I'm sold on this stuff!

Was wondering what "lots of greens" means to other people. I eat two heads of romaine a day.

I eat a about a half head of red leaf, maybe 10 oz. of swiss chard and sometimes a half of a romaine everyday. Then I have things liked steamed broccoli and steamed asparagus too. I eat HUGE salads twice a day. Drinking...Yesterday I drank carrot/grapefruit juice with about 10 oz. of kale in it. Plus my Total Nutrition in water 3 times. I get LOTS of chlorophyll.

Yesterday a friend asked me how often I go to the grocery store. I said 4-5 times a week including the farmers mkt. She said most Americans go once a week, but in Europe they go at least 4 times. I do it to get fresh veggies and I'm sure that's why they go too.

They go for that reason and because they

don’t have huge refrigerator/freezers like we do. Smart people!

We were in a two-story huge grocery store

in Rome once…they

had escalators to get from one floor to the other. No shopping carts

there!

Even today, I tend to shop daily.

I do just about the same thing. Today I went to the farmers mkt. That's a biggie for me. Rainy and cold out and almost didn't go (it's outdoors) but I didn't want to take a chance of missing some great cheap organic deals. I probably go food shopping 5 times a week, many times all 7.

There are days in the summer that I will produce shop literally ALL day. I'll go to the Amish roadside stands, then shoot on over to the organic farm, then the Rodale farm, next the little organic grain etc.store, and a few other special places I go to get great fresh fruits and veggies. Some people don't understand why I LOVE to shop for food because it's a chore for others. It's my passion!
