I add Liquid Chlorophyll to my water (occasionally). I like the taste. :-)

I used to add liquid chlorophyll to my water but now I just drink Total Nutrition in water a couple times a day. That stuff is pure concentrated chlorophyll ! I'm not crazy about the taste but I'm used to it by now.

I've had a couple of articles about chlorophyll come my way lately and I

didn't realize it did everything it does. Last week I was at a

speech where the speaker was drinking something very, very dark - he said

it was liquid chlorophyll that he had added to his water. There

just happened to be a raw foodist sitting next to me at the presentation

and he and I got to talking - he is a big advocate for adding chlorophyll

to drinking water. I bought some and have been adding it to a

bottle or two of my daily drinking water - to me, is makes the water

taste like green tea :-)

I was just wondering of anyone on the list drank chlorophyll regularly

and if so, what benefits they had seen from it.

Why don't you want to eat the greens instead, from which chlorophyll

comes, instead of drinking extracted chlorophyll. You get the " whole "

(inc. protein, vitamins, minerals, fiber, etc.) with the whole food,

not just an extracted part of the food.

When I drink mine, I like to put in an 8 ounce glass of it about one

shot glass of Tonic. I do this three times a day. It took a while to

get used to, but now I crave it.

Peace, love, laughter

When I lived in Denmark for 3 months - we shopped nightly for food.

There is just a really great availability for fresh food, whether it

be cheeses, meats, or veggie markets. They are EVERYWHERE. So, we

made friends with a butcher, a greek foods store, and a couple other

markets around. We'd go in, they'd practice their english, we'd buy

dinner for that night. :) Kept a few apples etc on hand, but mainly

shopped every day for that night/next day's lunch. I rarely had food

in the cupboard there.

Even today, I tend to shop daily. I don't like planning ahead, I

never know what I will feel like eating! I find also if I plan ahead

and buy food for a few days, I will not want it. LOL. Go figure.
