I had an interesting discussion about juicing with my daughter

yesterday. I was juicing some citrus (oranges, blood oranges, lemons

and limes), and she said I shouldn't use the whole fruit because the

white part (pith?)is toxic. I've never heard this. I've always heard to

juice the whole fruit.

Anyone have any input?
