Guest guest
Dear Colleagues, The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation recently committed $100 million for the India AIDS Initiative, a major new prevention partnership with community organizations, the government of India, and the private sector. A small round of initial grants are expected to be announced in the next several months. The first significant grants will be announced this summer. Provided below is a link to information on the initiative, which includes a fact sheet detailing partnerships and goals of the program. Information, including grant announcements, will be updated as it becomes available. I hope you find this tool useful in your efforts against the AIDS epidemic in India. http://www.gatesfoundation.org/globalhealth/hivaidstb/hivaids/indiamission/ Jacquelline Fuller Deputy Director Public Affairs Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation (206) 709-3136
