Easy Blended Salad4 Romaine lettuce leaves1 cup loosely packed baby spinach leaves 1 medium tomato 1 half avocado 3 stalks of celery 1 medium carrot 1 small zucchiniLemon juice to taste1/2 tsp sea veggies like kelp or dulse Put tomato and avocado in blender and blend. Then addlettuce, carrots, and other ingredients, pushing down withcelery stalk -blend until smooth and eat like a cold soup.Now you have no excuse for not eating at least one healthysalad every day while you're on the program.Try a blended salad.
