Guest guest
I got Lesley Tierra's book, The Herbs of Life, Health and Healing using Western and Chinese Techniques. She has a recipe for sesame ginger massage oil (1 part ginger juice to 1 part sesame oil). She says a lot of good stuff about it like being used for aches and pains, headaches, pain in the spine or joints, dropped into earaches, etc. She says it activates the functions of the blood capillaries, circulation, and nerve reactions. Made some up and put it on my cold feet, it's nicely warming and stimulating and different from a cayenne based oil. Very simple too. Just juice some ginger and add an equal amount of sesame oil. I stuck mine in a crock pot of water to work it faster.
