Anyone have any thoughts on an eye twitch? I've been having a reoccurring twitch the last few weeks and it's very annoying. I feel like people can see it when they are talking to me. It is happening only in the right eye.

didn't we talk about this some time back?? Have you checked the message archives? Are your eyes dry? Other common eye twitch causes include: Stress Irritation of the Cornea or Conjunctiva Fatigue Lack of sleep Prolonged staring at a computer screen or television Nervous system disorders Any apply? Have you tried eyebright?? Not really, but I don't know how long it takes for lack of sleep to catch up with me. I've been waking up around 3:30 a.m. and being wide awake enough to get up and do a few things on the computer and then going out on the couch for a two hour nap. Then I'm up and ready for the day. But I've been doing that for over a year.

No eyestrain as the job I have had for a couple weeks doesn't involve any computer work so my time on the 'puter has been cut way down.
